FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • How long will it take my portrait to be completed?
    Completion time is dependent upon the number of individuals being drawn in the portrait. 1 Individual: 7 business days 2 Individuals: 7 business days 3 Individuals: 9 business days 4 Individuals: 9 business days 5 or More Individuals: 10 business days
  • Will I be able to see the progress of my portrait?
    Yes, you will receive an email four days after submitting your order showing you the progress of your portrait. Another e-mail will be sent the day before full completion of your portrait for your final approval.
  • Will I be able to make revisions to my digital portrait?
    Yes. Four days into drawing your portrait, you will receive an progress email. You may make up to five revisions at that time. Another e-mail will be sent the day before full completion of your portrait. At that time, the customer may make up to five revisions.
  • How will I receive my portrait?
    The customer will receive their portrait in PNG and PDF format. The portrait will be e-mailed to the e-mail address provided at the time of ordering.
  • What all will I receive when my drawing is completed?
    This is a digital portrait, so please be made aware that no physical product will be mailed to you. You will receive your digital portrait in the format of PNG and PDF in the sizes 4x6 and 5x7. Your portrait will be upon a white background as well as the colored background you chose at the time of ordering.
  • Am I free to print the portrait once I receive it?
    Yes! By all means, you are free to print and duplicate the digital portrait. Please note by ordering this digital portrait you agree to the Terms and Conditions of Mystical Nature Art Company, LLC. and Sassy Ashley, LLC.
  • What size will my portrait be drawn in?
    Your digital portrait will be drawn in the sizes 4x6 and 5x7.
  • What are the Terms & Conditions?
    This product is provided for your use only (unless otherwise specifically stated with written consent from Mystical Nature Art Company, LLC., Sassy Ashley, Ashley McCall, and the like). By purchasing this product, you agree not to sell, transfer, trade, resell, re-provision, redistribute, or rent the product, any portion of the product, use of the product, or access to the product, including, but not limited to, reselling capabilities.   • What type of picture should I upload?
    Please upload a clear and high resolution photo. Your photo should clearly show each individuals face and be photographed in good lighting.
